This was a very positive experience. Everything was taken care of efficiently, professionally and quickly. My only complaint would be the customer service. While it was very professional and efficient, it was not very friendly. However, my car was repaired to perfection and in a very short period of time.

The experience was very good. The repair was done on time as I expected it to be. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only issue was that I felt the upon completion of the work, the vehicle should have been dusted and/or washed to remove all the dust from the exterior. The dusty exterior does not display a good image should someone see the vehicle going down the road. Advertising..advertising.. advertising very important.
