Was very disappointed by the lack of transparency for what was going to be and not going to be repaired. The manager was unapologetic and unreceptive to my complaints and concerns. She never once apologized for losing my first estimate and proceeding without driver consent on the new estimate's delegation of care. Lastly, My car still smells like toxic fumes and it has lead to my apprehension to drive the vehicle. 15mins and a horrible headache does not seem safe to me.

U kept contact with me by text which was great. My car looks great and u did more than inthought u would. U called enterprise for me so i could get a rental and upon completion i left the rental with u guyz and u got it returned. I appeeciate it all
