This was a very unexpected experience. Everyone at Abra was very professional and did what they said they were going to do. Personal communication was excellent and the job was done quicker than original estimate.
I really like the idea of the daily email or text but there was no useful information in them. I would have liked to see detail about what was happening with my truck and even pictures of it through the process.

This is the first time I have ever needed to take my vehicle to a repair shop and to be honest, I was nervous about absolutely everything. I had no idea how these things worked and dealing with everything seemed overwhelming to me. Marion, the gentleman that helped me through the entire process was amazing! He kept me updated on everything being done with my car, as well as everything being done over at the insurance company as well. I feel like it was done in a reasonable amount of time, and each time I had questions I feel like they got answered. When I finally got my car back I was excited to see that it looked brand new!

There is nothing I could ever suggest to this shop. Their service is at 150%. You could tell they care about what they are doing. So there is no "half **** job" at this auto body shop. They could go around an do some training some other shops they service is so good. Thank you for everything!. I will definitely refer my family and friend's. An if I ever need work done. No question were I will go.
