The exhaust tip was not replaced. There is a factory accessory chrome exhaust tip (Lexus Part No.: PT18A-89090-EK) that was not replaced. I mentioned it to Kelsie, but we got sidetracked and didn’t finish double checking it. My understanding is that this is the Muffler subcontractor side of the work.
More concerning is that someone went through my glove box. My charging cable adapter is missing, but also my emergency backpack had been removed from the glove box, unpacked and (luckily) left in the trunk. I would like to know why anyone was searching through my glove box, removing, and using items.
