The original emblems on the car were all matte black. After the repairs two of emblems on the back we’re changed to different colors. The car now has 3 matte black emblems on the sides and front, a solid chrome emblem and a chrome and shiny black emblem on the lift gate. The car was purchased new from Jeep with all black emblems.

Never! Have I experienced car repairs with a more professional and customer service driven place. In particular is Angie. From setting up the rental car to every other aspect. She kept me posted daily with the progress of my car either by text or a personal phone call. Are you kidding me?
Extremely satisfied and very happy. She was so good that I almost started cheering for her Dallas Cowboys UGH! that is painful but that shows just how good she is.
I will be telling a lot of people about my experience. Frankly , I hope I never see the place again but heaven forbid if I ever have need for body/paint, I will be returning to that location.

This is the second horrible experience I have had with this Abra location. My car was "fixed" yet my trunk still didn't work. I will never visit an Abra again. Getting our car back into the shop and getting a rental ended up taking 3/4 of my work day.
