Everyone from the front desk to the team who did the work on my car was just so friendly, assuring and easy to work with. My associate that worked with me: Angie - is awesome!! She is SUPER kind and engaged with me as a customer and I appreciate that more than you know. It’s a bit nerve wracking to have your car away from you but the consistency of updates from Angie was incredibly helpful. You also have the two wonderful ladies at the front desk who were both SO friendly and fun while also assuring me that was taken care of. Here’s something that happened before I left with my car - Angie and one of the men who worked on my car demonstrated integrity with me by letting me know that the marking pen used on my car to mark the places of repair had stained the car and that they would be responsible for rectifying there situation. I could hardly see the marked however they had me look closely to which I did see them. They easily could’ve had said nothing and I never would have known anything - however their honestly was greatly appreciate and recognized. I will need to take my car back so we can fix that but I do so willingly because I am cognizant if he honesty your employees demonstrated with me. Thank you for having people like this to serve your customer and represent your company! Wonderful - thank you!

I picked up the truck but did not have anybody go out and do an inspection with me upon getting home I discovered the front fender was Loose as well as the headlight was missing screws to keep it secure.

I've had body work done before, never have i been treated better. Joe is amazing, he kept me informed and seemed to look out for my interests. Great job, i won't hesitate to bring my auto body needs to you in the future and will certainly recommend you to my friend and family. Thank you.

So my looks great but and drives well but the power steering seems to be a little tight when your turning.

Angie was great, kept me up to date and worked with me to make the desired repairs to my truck. I had it back in a little over a week and it looks great!
