Work completed was great! The front desk attendant was very rude, charged us a different deductible ($300 more), and does not represent your company with a positive attitude. Instead of fixing the problem, she was quick to pass it off as someone else’s mistake instead of taking ownership of her problem. We also observed her belittling other customers will waiting on our vehicle. The service advisor, Jessica, represents great customer service and had no problem remedying our problem of overpayment. This should be looked into so other customers will not be treated as we were by the front desk attendant.

I chose Abra in Olive Branch because my husband had his car serviced there before and he was impressed. So he told me to choose them to repair the damages. The young lady that checked me in and out was perfect example of great customer service. She didnt treat me like another dollar. She complimented how clean and nice my car smelled. That made me feel that if they recognized and appreciated how I took care of my car they will do the same. She was there when I picked up almost 3 weeks later. I love the text messages that kept me updated on the status of my repairs. I was so happy to have my car back and she understood. She offered to help me carry my thinks to my car. I am very bad with names but I believe it was Jennifer. Abra Olive Branch,MS is hands down the best auto body shop ever. I will recommend them and continue to do business with them whenever necessary.
