The ABRA service center was great. They took a couple of days longer than I had hoped, but the delays were due to parts orders and not something they could control. They were also very good at keeping me updated on the status of the work. There was an extra day added due to having to order a replacement tire but at the end of the day they found all of the damages and repaired or replaced all of it right the first time.

Hands down, this was the best service I have received EVER! I was absolutely spoiled. There wasn't a day that went by and I was left wondering. I felt as if I was actually there witnessing the entire process. That's just how informed I was. I honestly couldn't tell you which was better; the repair work or Adam. Adam was absolutely amazing! If I could afford him, he would be on my payroll. You would think he specializes in customer service. The entire staff was great. They make you feel like family from beginning to end. They make you want to drop by just to say hi from time to time even months after your service is complete. I didn't expect this type of service, but it was extremely wonderful to have. My car looks better than before and drives just as great as always. I have no complaints whatsoever. I give this organization and it's service as many thumbs up as I possibly can. I thank the guys and girls for all that they have done.
