David was awesome he called me Daily with updates and also sent me text. He even went the extra mile when he saw that one of my belts was torn. He called gateway and talked with the manager and had the manager to call me for a free curtesy point check. He did not have to do that and I appreciate all that he did for me. But everyone I'm the office was nice and had excellent customer service.

I have no words to express how thankful I am for the employees at Abra, they are wonderful, not only they repaired my car, the customer service experience was outstanding, They texted me everyday letting me know the progress, they called me too to let me know with more details what was going on.
