ABRA was awesome! They kept me updated on the status of my repairs, were always very friendly and professional, and got my car repaired in a timely manner. Not only did they repair my car, they cleaned it, inside and out! They even cleaned off my car key, which had make up all over it from me! They went above and beyond! My car looks flawless! I will definitely use them again if I ever need any body work done. Thank you!

I wish they would have told me more detail on what was being repaired or replaced on my car, and here's why . . . . My bumper was broken, Abra was able to repair the bumper instead of replace it. I would have like to have been told this because there was a gash from a rock that I would have like to have fixed on the bumper, they just painted over the gash - it's still visible. If I would have known that they were going to repair the original bumper, I would have asked them to fix that gash. Even if the repair cost had to come out of my pocket. I don't like that I can see the gash under the paint job - which was well done, but a waste because of the gash. Also, there is too much clear on the front bumper compared to the rear bumper, and I don't like that. Even if the amount of clear on the back is an insufficient amount, that's how the car came factory and now the front and rear don't match. Also, they kept calling my husband instead of me. This was understandable at first because he is the primary phone number on our insurance. But he asked them to call me instead and gave them my phone number and they continued to call him instead of me for work being done on my car. Please do not call me about trying to fix it. I do not like to be without my car any longer than needed and taking it back up there to fix that it moot since I am going to have the whole bumper replaced at the end of the year since it's still a broken bumper on a new car.
