As I walked up to my truck, I immediately noticed the bumper was off center. I complained and it was ultimately corrected, but I never received any sort of apology at all. Once home, I found 2 additional issues with the repair job that I didn't notice onsite due to my displeasure with the bumper and have called back to arrange to have it fixed. Still no apologies. Overall, I picked this location to do the repair based on the friendliness of those in the office, but I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the repair as well as the professionalism of those I dealt with actually doing the repairs. I have also contacted my local State Farm agent to inform him of my displeasure.
