I know there were extenuating circumstances on getting approval of the additional damage but a lot of the other delays sounded made up excuses. The paint didn't match and had to be redone? This is a one year old car and the formula has to be standard. The muffler shop was missing a part that then had to be ordered? Sounds very lame. It kept sounding like made up excuses to blame someone else for the delay. I think you just couldn't get to my car in a timely manner. Very disappointed.

This has been a really poor experience. I have every intention of posting on Yelp, Nextdoor, Facebook and Twitter. Mike's Autobody in San Ramon repeatedly overpromised and under delivered. I was repeatedly informed via text message that the truck was going to be done by a certain day only to be told that day that the bed that they had gotten was the "wrong bed", "not insurance quality" or a number of other excuses. I was also texted on multiple occasions that my truck was finished only to find the truck unfinished. The staff and the manager blamed the software for the "incorrect text". On one occasion I was told that the truck was done, to find that the replacement bed for my F150 had dents in it and the liner had scratches on it. I was told that "since I didn't have the linex bed on my previous bed that this was an upgrade and that the linex liner would get scratched anyway and the bed would get dented when I used it". I knew the real reason they didn't nock out the dents in the bed was that by doing so would damage the linex bed. It got so bad that I was forced to pull in the Nationwide representative in charge of all Mike's Autobody offices (Chris Adams) to get Lester and Joe to deliver on their promises. Chris even checked in on my truck personally to see the crap they were trying to get away with. When Chris got there he noticed that the dents were pounded out and that the Linex bed liner was damaged. Overall I give the San Ramon office of Mike's Autobody a grade of F.

My car cane back with a scratch on the driver side, a scratch on the steering area and a scratch on a tail light, I was very surprised I noticed two scratches Sunday and then today I saw the one in the back and my interior looked roughed up where they vacuumed I hope it will be ok when I vacuum myself this was in the back, the job itself was good but my car coming with things it didn't have that' make no sense to me you concentrate on the part you a repairing but don't use caution on the whole car. This is only one year old the accident didn't reach those areas.
