Stephanie was great in managing the repairs, keeping us updated, and working hard to expedite the repairs. The shop helped coordinate a rental car for us and it all went very smoothly.
The only thing I would say is that it was probably not a good idea to have driven the car for a week plus after the damage to the bumper. It looked like a minor, surface issue just requiring a bumper change but there was a lot of underlying damage ... if there is a way to get under the car during your initial assessments so you can better gauge the damage and provide better advisement re: drivability of the car, that would be my only suggestion. Also your phone number listed online doesn’t work. Thanks for everything!
