We received the car not fully functional and had to come back to have the repair completed. Also, when we came back, damage occurred to the console that the shop claims was there (when it wasn't damaged just the day before!!) . We have been a customer at the shop since 1989 when it was Geoff ****'s San Ramon Body and Detail. Now as a Mike's shop, it is nowhere near the quality, friendly, personalized service that used to exist. We found the same attitudes at the Mike's in Walnut Creek for another repair in the past. Unfortunate regression.
