It was sort of frustrating that the job wasn't done to my satisfaction the first time around but they more than made up for it in the end

The technicians only did the minimum to fix my truck. I mentioned there was a rattling sound coming from under good since accident, that wasn't looked at or fixed. They replaced the rear hatch door but left our a noticeable piece from the top piece because they use a used foot to repairs truck. The paint and work is great other than going above and beyond to please the customer. It was a total inconvenience that we were rear ended in the first place. I believe abra should aim to please the person whose car they are working on and not so much the insurance company.

Plastic wheel well piece wasn't replaced but not sure if that was issued by geico or abra. Car still makes ticking sound when a/c is in but goes away eventually. Door looks repaired to satisfaction. Would like a call back to address issue. ***-***-****

the car was done well. my only complaint is that i was told that the car could also be detailed while they had it (for a charge) but then when i got the car back the REP made the decision that MY car wasnt "that" dirty. i dont think that is his decission to make

I really appreciated the friendly and accurate updates that your team provided about the status of the car. Also, one of the front desk staff members (a young woman with red hair) was positive, went out of her way to ensure that our needs were met. She was friendly to my young son, patient and understanding. Wry professional staff all around! I have to say that this was our best experience-- ever-- with an auto body shop. There was some damage done to our windshield but after confirming that the damage occurred post-intake, your professional staff helped us to get started on having a repair person come to my workplace to fix it.
