The customer service was very good, but the craftsmanship and attention to detail was terrible. I had the bad luck of getting rear ended in my brand new car (I had it a week), and was so excited to get it back today. Unfortunately, we couldn't take it home because there were so many flaws in the work and new scratches that weren't there when we came in. It actually looked like the rear hatch had been dropped on the ground - the corners were scratched and paint chipped. Also, there was sticky tape marks everywhere around the body of the car. We appreciate that you are making it right, but just hope your team will take the same care as they would with their own brand new car.

Worth the wait! Scheduled 3 months in advanced, but could not be more pleased with my vehicle's appearance.
