This company is awesome. They got me in the same day, did an amazing job in view of how hard it was to locate parts, I had a great rental car, and got to hold a puppy when I picked up my car. The puppy was my favorite memory of course, but seriously this place did great work, were very resourceful in finding my parts, and finished quickly. Can't say enough good things about these folks!

Fantastic employees and service - it was a very easy process all-around. The only area in which I would recommend a change would be to address the long upfront time in getting it repaired (5+ weeks). If you are continually dealing with that big of a backlog, then I would think you either need to increase support, or offer incentives to people for waiting that long.
