We weren't notified of the work beginning until it was already disassembled, and never received an estimate until I called in for it. Upon return of our car, we got home, opened the back and all of our flat tire parts were strewed all over the back of the car not put away (they weren't out when we left it there)...the jack and all the parts including the door to the jack area were left laying all over the back of the car along with a car mat. A mess.
