The Abra team in Westminster CO did a fabulous job of fixing horrible damage from baseball-sized hail. The service and communications from Tina Gray was a 15. Several rated body shops said may 2015 VW Wagon roof would have to be cut and replaced in work that can take 6 weeks. Abra did this paintless, perfectly, and only two weeks. Their coordination with GEICO was seamless. They justified much more work than on the original GEICO estimate. No effort or cost for me. Hail makes a mess out here, but Abra makes it disappear. My door rubs and makes a noise, my parking aid sensors are throwing an error and will not turn on, and I have two new scratches on the lip of my hood facing the driver and passenger. How were these completely obvious issues over looked? I received a text indicating a long delay in returning my car because Abra was not happy with how things looked. I can’t imagine how it looked before it was return to me but with such a delay I expected my car to be perfect.
