I RECEIVED DAILY UPDATES ON THE STATUS OF THE REPAIRS OF MY VEHICLE...I AM ACTUALLY VERY SURPRISED AT THE SERVICE...YOU JUST DON'T GET SERVICE LIKE THIS NOW DAYS...IF EVER I AM IN NEED OF ANY AUTO REPAIRS, I WILL AGAIN, TRUST ABRA...THANK-YOU !

A very busy auto repair shop, but very professional. Everyone has a part in the process and they all work quickly and well together, from the Front desk (Val), estimate, Drop-off, evaluation of repairs to be done and pick-up. They kept me well-informed and allowed me to ask questions. This was my 3rd time at ABRA in 8 months, due to other drivers and while I’m not happy about that, I have been happy with the results each time.

I was helped by Matt, and I really enjoyed that I had one person who guided me through the process and didn't have to deal with a lot of people. I told Matt that last time there was a color match issue, and he made sure that this time there is no issues with that. My car looks great after the repair. The customer service and communication were excellent! It was especially good that ABRA requested up front for the car to be washed before bringing it in. That reduced hassle and made it easy to go through the inspection. My particular repair was due to a claim with Geico, and the benefits of the collaboration among the on-site reps of ABRA, Geico, and Enterprise made the whole process very smooth for dropping off the car, getting it inspected, getting a rental and being on my way again. Dropping off the rental and picking up my own car was also very quick and painless. You guys thought of everything to make the experience smooth and helpful! Thanks so much!!! :)
