It took 3 times to get our car fixed. The first time the repair work was terrible. How it could have passed anyone's quality control check is unknown to us. The second times it was better, but the perfect work claim of the company was still not met. Now the third time it is far better and only a small depression can be seen. It still doesn't meet the expectation we had, but getting it right isn't worth the time and effort at this point. Our car was in the shop for 19 days and it still wasn't done perfectly. This isn't the first time this occurred. The last vehicle we had in to you took three times to get right as well. At this time I don't think we will take another car to your business in the future, but time will tell.

It took 40 days to do the repair work and it still is not complete. At least 5 days of that was due to repair errors. When I picked up the car the rear driver's side turn signal was not working. This was a wiring issue that was promptly fixed. Gas tank was empty (had a third of a tank when I dropped it off). There is water inside the rear driver's side light assembly. There was much more wind noise coming from the rear hatch. There is paint stains in my leather driver's seat and dirty marks in the roof lining. Tire pressure light was on and battery charge was low. On a positive note, Chrissie was very good at keeping me up to date and Abra is covering some of the rental car costs.
