One thing I will say is that I was satisfied with the service I received at BMC after my insurance company USAA contacted BMC about the delay of why they did not receive estimate. To find out the person who was suppose to send claim was no longer employed the delay of my claim bring processed took time. However, after all of that the staff (young lady) assisted me and was able to work with me on bringing my car in. The flexibility and options to bring my car in was very helpful as you can imagine my husband and I are busy with work and our child. Being able to work with us made a quick process for us. Great job!
