7 weeks too long for the extent of damage repaired. Blamed on shortage of parts due to car being "too new", yet when finally they looked at Lincoln dealers for parts needed , found them . I feel if the dealership search for parts had happened 3 weeks ago we would have handout car back 2 weeks sooner

My only suggestion is that the detail job not include "armor all". I'm still wiping my seats and everything down from the grease applied. I little bit of shine or detail is good but greasy to the touch is not good.
