Misty was great throughout the whole service! I received updates via email and phone call. I would definitely recommended service king. However, when I received my car back the spare tire that was stored below the liner in the truck had been used and not put back. Instead it was thrown in the truck on top of all of my belongings. I understand it was a little messy but I would much rather have had my belongings taken out just long enough to have the tire put back where it belonged.

There were only a few things I would complain about. ****. Forgot to put windshield wiper fluid back in the tank. 2. A few small parts were left in my car. 3. My dealership floormat was not put back in my car.

The day I called for an estimate they got me right in. I called to schedule the repair and was again surprised at how fast I was scheduled. I dropped off the car and was told they thought it would be done within 3 days. They completed the work in 2! I hurried to make it to the shop before closing and got caught in traffic. They waited on me. I pulled in at exactly closing time. No one rushed me and they still walked me out to the car and let me inspect it! Super service and super nice staff all the way around! Best experience ever. Thank You!
