Vehicle was returned without being completed and I will have to rturnot for repairs to be completed. I informed my car that I was not in a hurry and told them time was not a problem. They called Friday and said it was ready. When I arrived Monday it was delivered to me then I was told. Oh, you will have to bring it back to complete repairs.... why not finish it then call me to pick it up, or give me the option to decide. Instead of Oh it has to come back.....after delivery...

Took longer than the day I was told was the latest it would be finished. Main reason I'm dissatisfied though is because I continually was not notified of updates when previously told by employee that I would be. Completely ruined my weekend plans because employee refused to get back to me after telling me he would "check on it and get back to me".
Next on Monday I received a text that the truck was on schedule to be finished sometime within the day. The text said I would be notified if there was any delay. Guess what! He didn't tell me Monday that it wouldn't be ready or respond to my text right after close. Truck looks great though
