I would have liked to been forewarned about the black plastic cover behind the bumper being shredded and needing replacement. When I got out on I-5, the noise of this loose piece was deafening. I had to pull over and check under hood and under car, and saw this mess.
Got off the I-5, drove slower on the 99, and got home to better assess.
I'm not saying they are at fault by any means, but surely they noticed this damage.
At any rate, great shop.
