I was somewhat dismayed that the very first thing I was confronted with upon arriving to receive my vehicle was the question of a $500 deductible. There was no deductible due in my case. Eventually, the service manager verified this to be the case. Nonetheless, I found this somewhat disturbing.
Additionally, the my vehicle was not clean as I immediately went to the car wash upon departing
the dealership.
