From the time I first contacted Setice King, everyone was wonderful. Even though schiediling is done from a call center, the transfer was smooth, and I never had to repeat my personal information.
Sylvia at the front desk was very warm and pleasant. She greeted me by name each visit.
Alex Perez was a most excellent service rep. He explained all the repairs thoroughly, and provided updates on a regular basis. I never felt out of the loop or had to question anything. Alex was professional with heart.
I did not interact with any of the repair team, but their work was wonderful. I'm very pleased with how the repairs were completed.
