The price difference in parts was not communicated to me during the repair. The price for the actual part was significantly less than the estimated cost and the the body shop used the overage amount of the check for additional labor hours. It stated 4hrs to replace a manual mirror when the estimate was ****.3hrs of labor. Slight difference I understand but in this case, this was not done with integrity.
