Should have kept better informed, when customer calls dont sound annoyed when asked status, should have known full insurance guidelines for tire replacements, stated had a poping noise coming from the wheelwell when dropped vehicle off after i bought me a new tire and put rim back on car and drove home after SK closed still can hear popping noise
