I was recommended to use Romeo Ford after a deer accident and I must honestly say I'm impressed with there professionalism and workmanship. On a ****-10 scale I'd gladly give them a 10 simply based on their standards of excellence.

Clearly my battery or alternator was damaged in the accident because my car wouldn’t even start when I picked it up and needs to be jumped every time I have to go somewhere. Before my accident there was never an issue. I was told it needed to be put on a charger several times while it was being repaired so I’m not sure why it wasn’t taken care of. Requested a call from a supervisor but still have not been contacted. On a good note, the body work looks excellent.

After picking up my car I discovered the back up camera is still not functioning and is reading off error codes on the dash panels. I now need to miss more work and juggle getting my kids to and from school and drop my car back for a full day maybe longer while they try to fit me in and without having a rental car for this to be repaired. It is a huge inconvenience.
