Wahlie and Ben did an outstanding job throughout the process and keeping my wife and I updated. They were both great to work with. The crew that worked on the car did a great job and the 9 year old car looks like new! I am very pleased once again we the service from keeler collision and hopefully wont have to but will 100% use them again :)

Delay in getting my car back. Poor communication and I have to come Back in a day after picking it up to check alignment and gears not changing equaling bucking when accelerating.

There were gaps in communication about status of car. Also when picking up vehicle I noticed front grill had been replaced without knowledge and it was not original to vehicle. The attendant indicated that it was replaced with original part and assured me it was same. However it was not. Would like a call back from manager.
