From the phone call to set up an appointment with the front desk, to meeting with Chris in person, I was entirely impressed with the customer service, and overall kindness and enthusiasm. To no fault of McCollum Auto, the window took a very long time to get shipped and installed, but Chris worked very hard on keeping me in the loop to make that portion as transparent as possible.
Upon pickup of the vehicle, I was beyond happy with the quality of the install and service, as well as the detailing in and out of my vehicle. I hope to not have another auto body issue for a while, but if I do, I'll be back!

Services and delivery time and date perfect.the only thing I would have wanted was my license plate holder in the front of my vehicle replaced with original design and make. I was given a mcCollum license plate holder and feel I should have received my original. I do not advertise things on my care.
