Unfortunately, since you guys are so great, I had to wait 5 weeks before my car was repaired. All service people who I dealt with, the front desk person, the estimator, and others who I interacted with, were great listeners, and understood what my needs were! When I picked-up my car it looked outstanding! Thank you for your great work!!!

Repair was scheduled for 4 days and it took 7 days. It was never mentioned when I got the estimate that there was any possibly that it could take more than 4 days. Totally expected to have my vehicle for the weekend. Appreciated the Arnold's paid for the extra days for the rental car but unhappy with the extra days.
