Only comment I have is that if there will be a delay with completion due to a part needed because of additional damage unseen in initial estimate, that the customer be advised.
I truly appreciate the assistance of Terry (?)and Tyler, They were both courteous in handling all my questions. And, kudos to the paint department - it is very hard to determine whether there was any damage to the driver's side of the car - except that the passenger door and quarter panel are cleaner than the rest of the car.
