The tech that worked on our car did not finish the work and left some areas exposed without paint. The vehicle had to be returned to be completed. We will pick it up tomorrow. There needs to be more quality control. My husband was impressed with the shop but now he is not so sure.

I was extremely satisfied with all the service and the way I was treated at Supreme Collision. However, just when I was picking up my vehicle, I noticed a dent in the right front fender that wasn't there when I brought it in. I know that the owner and the person who I originally made aware of the dent had no knowledge of its existance. They needed to see any pictures of the vehicle from the adjusters before making any decisions. They said they would get back to me after they had viewed the pictures, which I am confident they will do. Except for this problem, I definitely would have answered yes to the question.
