Everyone is very friendly and professional.Experience was generally fine. But I got one call saying it was going to be ready the next day, then within an hour someone else told me it was ready, so I came in. I picked up the car, without a representative going over the work completed on the car. Stupidly, I did not take a moment to check it myself until I got it home and I noticed that the work was not actually all done. I called and was told I can bring it back at my convenience though, which is nice, but it'll have to be after Christmas. If Geico will not cover it, I hope Supreme will pay for another rental if it can't be done right away. Thank you!

Lee did a great job in trying to work with Enterprise and Geico despite the confusion and typical pushback from the carrier. It all worked out in the end but I’m not happy with the LKQ which delayed the repair and cost me about 150 dollars in supplemental rental charges.

I noticed not everything got replaced from the accident, there was no rear reflector, and the wheel well liner was also not replaced and there's chips in the paint that were not there before.
