The rear back-up sensor was suppose to be fixed during this repair and it is still not working. the rear camera is working but not the rear back-up sensor, that is suppose to beep when something is close to the back of the car. I will be calling you Monday to schedule it to be fixed.

All email notices were incorrect. I was informed car would be ready in 3 days, 3/31/16.I am scheduled to pick up car tomorrow 4/8/16. Today 4/7/16 I received an e-mail requesting me to critique Supreme's quality experience because I picked up the car!!!! At the same time I received a phone call to pick up the car tomorrow!!!! DUMP the e mail and use the phone to enhance communication.

When I got the car no one showed menor explined the repair. Upon close inspection I noticed that the finish was rough and sticky, one employee asked me if everything was ok. I showed him my convern and he immediately took the car back, he returned about 20 min later with it in perfect condition and apologized . I was pleased with the end result but surprised that they would deliver the car with the paint all rough and not in exvellent condition to begin with. I was pleased with the fast service
