My vehicle was not adequately cleaned when I had it detailed. I can send pictures if you’d like of incomplete work. The bed of my truck was not cleaned out nor was the glove box or storage compartment behind the seat. Also the new rear view mirror I ordered was left in its box on the seat instead of being installed. Kevin M

Mismatched paint. Unauthorized painting of additional panel to cover up mismatched paint. Don't **** me about waiting for the paint to "settle". Don't EVER lie to me!

Here is what I have previously sent to Mr. Nocera: From my first phone call to your company after my car accident on Dec. 7, 2017 until I picked up my repaired car today, Dec. 26, 2017, the cooperation, cordiality and customer service provided by you and your staff has been absolutely fantastic and consistent with your company name: SUPREME …. better yet SUPERB! DeeAnn Farro started things off by setting up an inspection / damage estimate by you and the subsequent schedule date for the repair. She also helped me to prearrange getting a rental car for use during the period of repair. She followed up with a very nice message thanking me for choosing Supreme Auto Collision for the repair of my car. After bringing in my car, she sent periodic progress reports on the repair. Very impressive! When I picked up my car today it was just as she promised: completely returned to the original new condition. I am very pleased to have selected your company and quite frankly you have made me feel like ‘part of your family”. Thank you for making my unfortunate accident turn to a most satisfying and memorable experience. I assure you I will share all my good experience with USAA when they likely follow up with a survey. I will also recommend your company to any friends in need of some type of auto / collision repair.

The repair has a slight problem

Only complaint, the CR-V & 4-WD labels were not mounted on trunk but an easy fix
