This was my sons car who is in the Army, he was unable to bring his vehicle due to him being transferred to NY and several months of training. I brought his SUV in thinking "this is gonna be a pain". Surprisingly enough the staff were understanding even thanking me for his service. They repaired his SUVon less than a week. When I picked up his SUV it was completely detailed inside and out. The repairs appear as if the damage was never there. I WILL recommend you to everyone I know for not only the vehicle service but the customer services as well

The guest service was excellent! Very helpful and made the process extremely easy for me. However, I was a bit disappointed that I was told I would receive updates throughout the time was car was there... I received one showing the beginning repair, but it was sent on the day my car was completed. I then received multiple updates a day AFTER my car was completed and picked up. I'm sure everyone was hard at work, but I would have rather not been told about the updates since they did not come and I was looking forward to them.
