Everyone I dealt with was great -- professional in appearance and demeanor. The atmosphere is great, albeit a little bit crowded for getting autos in and out. I like the computerized update notices, but please get them better integrated into the system. The best example is that, 24 hours after I picked up my car, I received a notice that my car was ready for pick-up.
I hope not to need the services of a collision repair shop again; but if I do, you'll absolutely be my first choice.

Car was deemed "finished". I paid the bill and once I got home, we discovered that Supreme never replaced a tire that we had paid for. We made two phone calls to confirm our return appointment to have the tire replaced. When we arrived at our pre arranged time, Supreme did not have the correct tire. Because we live an hour away. Supreme gave me the money to replace the tire locally. I called Sam's Club to get a new tire and Sam's prices exceed the money that Supreme gave me.

When you call and tell me my car is ready please ensure that it is. My car had to be driven back into the shop to place the wheel hubcap that was sitting in my back seat and bolt a few screws on the weather strip as it was hanging a bit. In turn, I had to to wait longer then expected and in a sense made me feel like you did not fully care about my car repair.
