The manner in which our car repair was handled was very professional and I was very impressed with the messages they sent along the way to inform me of what was taking place and when the expected completion date was anticipated. I dealt with John and he was very thorough and explained everything as it was being done. This is the second car we have had work done on at Service King and if work is ever needed again, we will definitely return to this same location.

Although I am completely satisfied with the end result, my car was given back to me at first with horribly misaligned panels. After being told on a Friday that my car was done a week earlier than expected I arrive to find just about every panel on the front end misaligned. The hood gap was big enough to stick my finger through and the hood sat higher than the fenders. One of the fog lights wasn’t completely attached, after pointing this out despite the dudes best efforts to sell me on the crap job they take it to the back and come back with a still misaligned although better than at first car. The guy then said they’d order an oem headlight and that that should fix it even though the hood was outta alignment on both sides but whatever. Call back in a week to check how that’s going and that’s when it got better the guy I was originally dealing with was back, I wanna day his name was Joe, we set it up to bring my car back and get it right. So I drop my car off, he gets me in a rental and a couple days later I’m picking up the car I should’ve picked up from the beginning. The work is now perfect just can’t help but be annoyed that it was rushed out to me early only for me to have to make another trip back to have it fixed properly

So far everything is satisfactory, barring any complications.

Although I only use Service King Antioch when something bad has happened to my car it’s such a relief to know my car is in capable and helpful hands. They’re staff is so knowledgeable and helpful I’ve found myself going to them for advice on insurance and car issues before anybody else. I appreciate the timely updates and I always feel 100% confident leaving my car in their hands. I recommend them to everyone I know and will use them again and again (but hopefully I won’t need them too often!)
