My car was transported to another Service King on yesterday, after being at SK in Gallatin, TN from 2/21 until 3/13. I was informed by SK in St Juliet, TN that car arrived without any repair work having been completed. However, in my conversations with the previous location, I was not made aware of this fact. As of today, SK can't provide anticipation date of completion. I signed and faxed work authorization on 2/22.

Communications were conflicting. Took too long to get repair. When we arrived the passenger side window was left down do rhe inside of the vehicle was wet, really wet from a rain storm. Probably won't be back.
