Time was an issue. I was told numerous times that “it should be ready on...” only to be give another reason as to why it wasn’t. The seatbelts that were installed are not the same color, which I will be calling to have corrected, I was told that “it was being cleaned up”, not just once either, only to find black handprints on the inside, which stands out on my tan interior, there was zero cleaning happening. Robert attempted to make me happy by eating the cost of fixing a wheel that was damaged after the tow truck picked up and a full tank of gas, which is appreciated but after seeing my vehicle in the daylight I’m disappointed. There are other issues I have but I’m done, I will be in contact with the location to rectify these issues.
