This is the third time that I have worked with you guys- and each time everything is taken care of. I like the texts that give updates and just keep me in the loop. Yesterday was Valentine’s Day and being a teacher I was spoiled by my fiancé and students. I had three large bags and an umbrella. The rental car didn’t even bat an eye or help me - but when I was dropped off, Leigh rushes to the door to open it, brought my car to the front row of parking, and helped me load my bags. She is an excellent example of who you are as a company- someone that goes above and beyond.

Some of the things that were supposed to get fixed, didn’t until I came in to pick it up. There is a spot that had a rough spot and I didn’t appreciate that the fix was just to throw some paint over it. Also had to drive back because they forgot to plug in one of my lights on the back. Should not of had to make multiple trips when my car was there for 4 days.
