I was very impressed with Justin. He did a great job of explaining everything that needed to be done to the car. He was very knowledgeable and extremely polite. Being a female I asked a lot of questions and he answered all of them brilliantly. If my husband and I ever need work done again we'll come back to him.

My car went in to service king with minor damage to the front bumper. When I got it back, I was amazed that it looked better than it ever had since I bought it. I was kept informed throughout the entire repair process which was much faster than I anticipated. Service advisor Justin **** even offered to help me touch up a few preexisting scratches when I got ahold of some touch up paint. I am completely satisfied with my experience and I am blown away by the excellent customer service I was given.I will be recommending service king to all my friends. Amazing.
