My car was damaged on Sunday 12/13/15. Insurance set up everything. I called Justin at Service King on Monday 12/14/15. Schedule me to drop car off and for rental car to pick me up. That was the fastest service I have ever had. My car was fixed by Friday 12/18/15. I was shocked. No words can explain how impressed I am. I am also in customer service, the best service I have ever received I would give them a 100.

I have to say that I'm very happy that I went with service king for the repairs of my vehicle. Justin did a fantastic job taking care of me and keeping me up to date on what was going on. He even provided me with a rental when they ran into some issues and couldn't get my car back to me on time. I had family going out of town early December and would have lost my ability to get to work and would have been in a tight situation if it weren't for him. Their team out there is fantastic and they really know how to take care of their customers and Justin went far above the bar in providing a great experience. I will keep you all in mind if something ever happens to my vehicle again (hopefully not)! Have a happy holidays!

I had to wait 8 days to get my car back since Service King could not locate the parts needed. I should of waited till they had all parts before leaving my car. I would of had 3 extra days use of my car & 3 days less cost for rent car. If in the future I need Service King, I will make sure they have all parts before I leave my car with them. The repairs on my car were perfect. Excellent job.

The employees at Sercice King were great! They were helpful, considerate, understanding, friendly, and just all around wonderful. They made a not so pleasant experience a little easier with their good attitudes. They stayed in communication often and I was aware of each step in the repair process. And when I got my car back, it was beautiful. They did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
