I was originally told the repair would take two days. Two weeks later, after my continuously calling for updates (no one called to keep me informed; I had to call them) and three re-paintings of my car to get a close enough color match, I finally have my car back. These folks need more training on effective communication techniques, and perhaps paint application.

I asked that a small place be touched up and it was forgotten . The receptionist said to bring it back . That is about a 30 mile round trip plus my time . The overall repair seems to be good . Disappointed that my request was forgotten especially after I mentioned it twice & received a confirmation that it was noticed & would be taken care of .
