It would have been appreciated if someone would have informed regarding the poor condition of the car brake conditions; had no idea were that bad until drove off finding car not driveable and had to make alternative plans albeit my rental had been turned in and the place was closed. Realize brakes were inot part of the service but a “heads up” before pickup would have been nice. Otherwise, everyone including the repairman were very nice, friendly and courteous. Repairs completed in a very timely manner.
