After I taken my car back for the second time,it still pulls to the right. I was recommended a front alignment and still the same thing. I would think Five Star Hyundai know what repairs needed to be done. After-all, Five Star Hyundai is the place I purchased my Hyundai Sonata.Now I have to pay for an extra two days of rental service for work that was not complete and unsatisfactory during State Farm and Hertz time expectancy for the use of a rental vehicle. I shouldn't have to pay!

Scott and Amy treated me with the best customer service ever. They truly went above and beyond to help me.
I was just traveling through on my way to my niece's wedding,when I hit and ran over a semi tire in the middle of the night. When I met with Amy and Scott the following morning, they knew I was extremely upset, and they did not hesitate one bit to make the process as easy as possible for me. And living so far away, I was a nervous wreck about a lot of things and I called Scott a lot and he always answered my questions and reassured me that everything was fine.
